Plano, IL – Illinois State Police have issued an amber alert after a 3-year-old girl has gone missing. Law enforcement in Plano, Illinois has confirmed that Rheannon Jerman was abducted some time around 7:00 pm yesterday. Jerman is a white female weighing 40 pounds with blond hair and blue eyes, last seen wearing a multi-color tank top and blue shorts. Police say they suspect 40-year-old Theresa Harskey, a 120-pound, 5'4" white female with a history of drug use. She was last seen driving a white 2008 Toyota Sienna van, license number: X843792.
