Sheriff's Son Arrested on Drug Charges

Murray, KY – State police arrested the son of Calloway County sheriff Bill Marcum Wednesday on drug charges. WPSD reports, Police conducted a routine vehicle search after stopping Jonathan Marcum for speeding on Highway 641, discovering marijuana and drug paraphernalia in his possession. The van was leased to Jonathan Marcum's then-employer J H Churchill Funeral Home. This follows the recent drug-related arrest of Calloway County Coroner Mike Garland, also an employee of Churchill Funeral Home. (WPSD)
