Oak Grove, KY – The Oak Grove City Council unanimously reversed its decision against applying for sewer upgrade funding. The Kentucky New Era reports the council conducted a special meeting yesterday (Tuesday). State and local elected officials asked the council to approve a resolution to seek 7.5 million dollars for the upgrades. Increasing the sewer capacity would permit the construction of a proposed mall and other new businesses.
