"Rumble in the Heartland"
By Bryan Bartlett
Murray, KY – We're all familiar with televised wrestling. Some of us might even admit to taking a peak while channel-surfing on any random Saturday. Last year, documentary film-maker, and Paducah native, J.T. Crawford, took his camera to small towns across middle America to capture the spirit of the independent wrestling circuits - the wrestlers and their enthusiastic fans.
Click the "Listen" icon above to hear Bryan Bartlett's interview with J.T. Crawford about his film "Rumble In The Heartland." The documentary debuts this weekend during the Rivers Edge Film Festival at Paducah's Maiden Alley Cinema. Showtime is scheduled for 5:30p.m.
