Murray State University's men's basketball team won their 19th game in a row over the weekend, defeating Austin Peay State University on the road 82-72.
The Racers' streak is currently the second longest in the nation, behind the 23-0 Kentucky Wildcats. Stephen F. Austin State University will attempt to equal 19 wins in a row Monday night against Northwestern State.
Murray State and APSU will meet again in Murray on February 21. That match-up will be televised nationally on CBS Sports beginning at 1 p.m.
Murray will go for 20 in a row this Thursday at the CFSB Center in Murray against SIU Edwardsville.
