Racer Football Builds Momentum

GoRacers.com

Since Tracy Ross last spoke to Neal Bradley on Sounds Good, the Racers have won 2 of 3 games.

The Racers won 45 to 17 against Austin Peay and topped Eastern Illinois 40 to 38. Bradley says the Racers were able to win because of Connor Mitchell’s six field goals, a MSU record. Bradley says the Racers have also improved their ability to run the ball and develop a passing game.

The Racers faced Tennessee State for homecoming and next play Eastern Kentucky.

Tracy started working for WKMS in 1994 while attending Murray State University. After receiving his Bachelors and Masters degrees from MSU he was hired as Operations/Web/Sports Director in 2000.
