Burgin, KY – Authorities are reviewing security tapes and interviewing inmates at a Kentucky prison after a fiery riot last week. The event injured 16 people and left the lockup in ruins. Investigators are looking at whether racial tensions at Northpoint Training Center at Burgin, Kentucky, may have triggered the riot. Facility administrators have moved 700 inmates from the prison, located about 30 miles southwest of Lexington.
