A Henderson man is among 58 individuals who had their prison sentences commuted by President Barack Obama Thursday.
Golden Sutton was convicted in 2002 for conspiracy to manufacture and possess with the intent to distribute cocaine. He was sentenced to 300 months imprisonment, 10 years supervised release. His sentence now expires September 2.
