Police Confiscate $5M Worth of LSD in Clarksville

Montgomery County Sheriff's Dept.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s office confiscated 6.37 pounds of LSD in Clarksville on Wednesday.

The 19th Judicial Drug Task Force seized the drugs from the home of 35-year-old Roy Edward Wagner III.

The sheriff’s office said the drugs have an estimated street value of $5,000,000.

Wagner was taken into custody and charged with schedule-one drugs and unlawful drug paraphernalia. His bond is set for $100,000.

DTF agents were executing a search warrant when they discovered the LSD and components used in manufacturing LSD in the home.

Montgomery County Sheriff John Fuson says the seizure was another good operation that took a lot of dangerous drugs off the streets.”
