Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says 33-year-old Brian Ross Wimberly was among eight men arrested in a sting operation, and charged with soliciting prostitution. Wimberly is Minister of Students and Family Discipleship at First Baptist Church in Paris. Church senior pastor Dr. Trent Bullock says Wimberly has been placed on leave as church officials gather more information about the arrest.

"We are praying for Brian and his family during this very difficult time," added Bullock.
