Paducah, KY – Paducah residents may end up paying more for their water. City commissioners introduced two ordinances yesterday which recommend rate changes to both city and Reidland water district customers. The average bill would increase by two dollars at the beginning of next year. Paducah Water says the rate change will cover necessary infrastructure replacement and expansion of the city's 500 miles of water mains. Commissioners will vote on the measures November 24th.
