Paducah Native Plans Ball

Washington, D. C. – A Paducah native says he's surprised to find himself planning an inaugural ball in Washington. But 30-year-old Brandon Kirkham is president of the Washington Kentucky Society, and part of Kirkham's job as society president is organizing tonight's Bluegrass Ball. Governor Steve Beshear, the state's congressional delegation, and Kentucky celebrities are among the more than 1400-people expected to attend the ball.
