Frankfort, KY – The National Rifle Association isn't endorsing either Republican Rand Paul or Democrat Jack Conway in the Commonwealth's US Senate race. Instead, the NRA gives both candidates top ratings for their stances on the Second Amendment and hunting issues. The pro-gun organization surveyed the two with questionnaires and both men tell Associated Press reporters they would defend rights to bear arms.
