Notorious satirist sits down with Chad Lampe

Murray, KY – If you can remember the 1992 Democratic National Convention, you might recall a news story about a mobile confessional. Journalists thought it was news; and it was, but not for the reason they thought. Artist and satirist Joey Skaggs was just playing a joke, but one with a point. He spoke at Murray State University last night and Chad Lampe sat down with Skaggs to talk about his art and his point.
