The National Labor Relations Board has issued a decision in favor of Honeywell Plant officials regarding a complaint that they illegally locked out members of the United Steelworkers Union.

Last month, USW Local 7-669 filed the complaint to the board that the now 143-day work stoppage violates federal labor regulations.

The charge also alleged that plant officials unlawfully interrogated employees regarding union bargaining strategy.

The NLRB investigated but found no evidence to support the claims, ultimately deciding to dismiss. They sent this letter postmarked yesterday:

2014 12-22 NLRB Case 14-CA-140580 Dismissal

The USW has until January 5th to appeal the decision.
