"The Voice of the Racers" Neal Bradley joins Tracy Ross on Sounds Good to talk through the first month of Murray State Racer basketball.

Starting with the Racers' season opener at the CFSB Center November 14, Bradley says it was a tough loss against Houston, ending 77-74, with it coming down to a few missed shots in the last minute. The team turned it around against Middle-Tennessee, winning 68-49, but then fell apart against Xavier University at which Head Coach Steve Prom called the rebound record 'embarrassing.'

The two then moved on to the Challenge in Music City Tournament in Nashville where the Racers played three games in three days going 1-2 losing against Portland and Valparaiso but managing a win in the last game against Drake University.

Murray State currently stands at a 4-4 win/loss. But, despite the bumpy start, Bradley is optimistic that the Racers still have a exciting season ahead.

Murray State hosts the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers tomorrow at 5:30pm at the CFSB Center.
