Selected as a 2016 Featured Artist by the Kentucky Arts Council, Wyatt Severs describes his award-winning woodworking as "a collaboration between the trees, modern tools, and [himself]." Severs visits Sounds Good to discuss his art and his upcoming appearance on Kentucky Educational Television's program, Kentucky Life.
Kentucky Life, a program dedicated to celebrating the people and places of the Commonwealth, will feature local woodworker, Wyatt Severs, in its upcoming episode this Saturday night, April 28th, at 7 p.m. Severs is a member of the Murray Art Guild and was a featured artist of the Kentucky Arts Council in September and October of 2016. His artwork has received several accolades, including publication in the book 500 Cabinets: A Showcase of Design & Craftmanship and Woodworking magazine. He currently maintains a studio in Murray, KY.
