Murray, KY – A Murray woman has been charged with murder in the weekend shooting death of a Puryear, Tennessee man. Kelly Agee told police she shot someone that came into her house on Poplar Street. Murray Police Chief Ken Claud says that when officers responded to the house, they found Kenneth Brogdon shot in the chest. Police arrested Agee and charged her with one count of murder. WPSD-TV reports Brogdon was taken to the Murray-Calloway County Hospital's Emergency Room where he was pronounced dead at approximately 9 p.m. An investigation is ongoing.
