Murray State University gets $1 million grant

Murray, KY – Murray State University recently gained a $1 million grant from Dr. Jesse D. Jones. The money will go toward equipment for the college of science engineering and technology as well as a Racer Writing Center in the Waterfield Library. Murray State University gave Jones an honorary Doctor of Science degree in May because of his continuing support.
