Murray Car Jacking Attempt

Murray, KY – Murray police officers are still investigating a possible car jacking that occurred Monday night. Murray resident Alisa Camp told investigators she left her vehicle in the parking lot of a local business. After Camp returned to the vehicle an unknown male assailant grabbed her from behind and told her to drive north on Highway 641. Camp was able to stop her vehicle and call for help. Camp received minor injuries from the incident. Officers later recovered the vehicle on Squire Holland Road. The investigation is ongoing.
