Frankfort, KY – The Kentucky Supreme Court has reversed three murder convictions, including one in McCracken County. A jury convicted Franklin Rennel Hannah of Paducah in 2006 of murder and sentenced him to life in prison without parole. However, the Supreme Court ruled yesterday that the court in McCracken County did not follow procedure when questioning and directing the jury. The two other cases were also overturned because of legal errors.
