MSU Top Ten and Selling Out
By Gary Pitts
Murray, KY – The Murray State men's basketball team has cracked the Associated Press' top ten for the first time in school history. The number ten ranked Racers remain the nation's only undefeated team following a 73-58 win over Eastern Illinois this weekend. The victory brings the Racers' to 21 and 0. MSU officials say general admission tickets for the remaining Saturday home games are sold out. That includes February 11th against Austin Peay, and the February 18th BracketBuster game. The opponent for the BracketBuster has yet to be named. Student tickets for those games will be made available the week before each game. A limited number of tickets for this and the following Thursday home games are still available.
