MSU Student Running in NCAA Championships
By Gary Pitts
Murray State women’s track & field junior Alexis Love will be participating in the 2012 NCAA Indoor Championships. Love will be running in the 200-meter dash and is the first MSU student-athlete since the early 90’s to make it to the championship. She has set two school records this season, in both the 60 and 200 meter dash, and she claimed this year’s OVC 200 meter title. The Championships are this Friday and Saturday at Boise State University in Idaho.
