Murray, KY – Murray State enrollment numbers took up a fair share of the University's Quarterly Board of Regents Meeting Friday. Interim Director of Enrollment Management Allison Marshall presented detailed enrollment figures unavailable during the board's last meeting in December due to reporting issues associated with MSU's new integrated software program. Marshall says applications and admittances throughout the University's service region were up this year, but many of those students chose not to attend. Regent Dr. Deno Curris urged Marshall and her staff to find specific reasons why the university isn't getting those admitted students to choose MSU. Murray State is seeking to grow by nearly 2,000 by 2012.
