Donkeys have been an important human companion for millennia, but get a kick out of this. In Ethiopia donkeys are so important the country now has donkey health clinics.
Kentucky: Democratic state Representative Brent Yonts of Greenville could be in line to become chairman of the House State Government Committee. The Murray State Racer Men’s Basketball team fell to the Eastern Kentucky University Colonels. A coalition of health care groups is sponsoring an advertising campaign urging Kentucky to go smoke-free.
Tennessee: A fire has destroyed a former antique mall near downtown Paris. Tennessee wildlife officials say this year’s deer season was a good one, but colder weather would have made it even better.
