Benton, KY – Kentucky Lieutenant Governor Dan Mongiardo will attend the unveiling of Marshall County's new hospital Sunday. Mongiardo plans to speak at the hospital's grand opening. Public Relations and Foundation Director Marica Smith says the new hospital doubles the size of the old facility. Smith says construction costs came in at about 31 million dollars. Operations begin at the new Marshall County Hospital March 8.
