McConnell Campaign Has More Money

Murray, KY – Campaign-finance reports show Republican Mitch McConnell had more money on hand than his Democratic challenger in the Kentucky Senate race heading into the campaign's stretch run. McConnell's finance report shows he had nearly 5.7 million dollars on hand at the end of September. His opponent, Bruce Lunsford, had more than 1.2 million cash on hand at that time.
