The Marshall County Office of Economic Development has fielded several responses to its search for a consultant to help plan an industrial park.
The advertising campaign began last week.
Economic Development Director Josh Tubbs says he’s looking for a group that can locate the best sites to attract business.
"We really want to make sure that we’re identifying all the factors that go into a good industrial park, so that we are able to take that product and market it to companies and products across the world that are looking for a location," Tubbs said.
Tubbs says the Marshall County Economic Development Council’s accepting applications through November 5th. The county fiscal court has set aside some $100,000 for park planning this year.
