Market House Theatre Opens the Year with New Farce

Paducah's Market House Theatre opens 'The Fox on the Fairway' tonight (January 16). It's a tribute to golf and to the great English farces of the 1930's and 40's. Playwright Ken Ludwig said in a 2010 interview that the play is "really about love - and the joys and angst and craziness of love - in two different eras of our life." Kate Lochte speaks with Market House Director Michael Cochran, who is directing the production that runs through January 26.

Market House Theatre is near the riverfront in downtown Paducah. Tickets are available at the door, at mhtplay.com, and by phone at 240-444-6828. Evening shows start at 7:30, Sunday matinees at 2:30.
