Lynn Case Moved to Hopkins County

By Rebecca Feldhaus

Madisonville, KY – Madisonville Magistrate Wesley Lynn will have his case heard in Hopkins county rather than Webster county. Lynn is charged with numerous counts of sexual misconduct. According to the Madisonville Messenger, Amy Gower [GOW-ur] alleges that during her visit to the Regional Medical Center emergency room in June 2008, Lynn sexually assaulted her. Defendants Lynn and Trover Health System requested the hearing be moved because the alleged actions took place in Hopkins County. The case is the latest in a series of sexual misconduct charges brought against Lynn.
