Long-Awaited Hopkinsville Shopping Center Now Open

  A new shopping center has opened in Hopkinsville that promises 250 full and part-time jobs.

Officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Hopkinsville Towne Center Tuesday.

 

The center includes retailersHobby Lobby, Ulta, TJMaxx, Ross Dress for Less, Burkes Outlet, Petsmart, Five Below, Cato, Maurices, Hibbett Sports, Rack Room Shoes, Panera Bread and GNC. There are a few vacancies left in the multitenant building.

 

Mayor Carter Hendricks has said the center will “help attract more shoppers from across the border in Tennessee and continue to help create a thriving economy.” The center is at the intersection of Fort Campbell Boulevard and Lovers Lane.

 

Development began in 2012.
