Western Kentucky – With Kentucky's new film incentives creating the potential to draw more and bigger motion picture productions, we've got some work ahead of us. Location scouts are key to the early development of a movie: they find potential filming locations for directors and producers. While most of Kentucky's registered scouts are in Louisville, Lexington and Cincinnati, Western Kentucky has no registered scouts. Our correspondent Jacque Day has scouted for movies in Illinois, Indiana, Tennessee and Mississippi. She takes an in-depth look at what we need to do to raise our visibility.
