Ledbetter Bridge Open to 2-Lane Traffic for Thanksgiving

The Ledbetter Bridge is reopening to two-lane traffic for the Thanksgiving holiday. The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet had reduced the bridge to one lane traffic last week for concrete deck repairs. That work is on hold over the holiday, though a three-ton load limit remains in effect.

Contractors plan to put the work zone back up Saturday morning. KYTC officials expect the repairs will take one more week.
