KYTC

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet contractors are starting construction a new half a million dollar bridge for KY 866/Paradise Road in Livingston County on Monday.

The existing Gum Creek Fork Bridge will remain open to traffic while a new bridge is built just west of the existing roadway.

No closures are expected until the new bridge is near completion in the spring.  Motorists should still use appropriate caution when driving through the area.

Construction begins Monday, December 12th and the target completion date is April 1st.
