KY Department Of Agriculture Promotes Weddings With Local Flavor

Kentucky Department of Agriculture

Kentucky’s Agriculture Commissioner is launching a campaign to encourage couples to make the Kentucky Proud brand a part of their wedding plans. Ryan Quarles says the Agriculture Department views weddings as a way to connect couples to the more than 650 agritourism destinations registered with Kentucky Proud.

The promotional campaign opened with messages at the National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville this week. The campaign boasts KY Proud Members who offer everything from local food and flowers to alpaca rentals.
