Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a Benton man found Sunday.
Micah Puckett, 31, left his home Nov. 6.
His body was discovered less than a mile away.
An autopsy’s scheduled in Louisville later today.
UPDATE: The cause of Puckett's death has yet to be determined following an autopsy Monday afternoon. KSP are awaiting results of a toxicology report, which takes roughly 1-2 weeks. KSP officer Jay Thomas says the case is only being investigated as a death, rather than a homicide.
