Frankfort, KY – A flu summit is set for Frankfort next month. Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear says the summit will be held on September 3 at the Frankfort Convention Center. It's intended to help private and public stakeholders prepare in case the swine flu epidemic worsens.
Beshear says the summit will pull together people from various sectors - including business, education, religion and government - to discuss Kentucky's ability to respond to the flu threat.
