Judge Considering Separate Trials in Bobo Murder

via Twitter

A Tennessee judge says he is considering holding separate trials for each of the three men charged in the kidnapping, rape and killing of Holly Bobo more than five years ago.

Decatur County Judge C. Creed McGinley says he has not decided whether Jason Autry and brothers John Dylan and Zachary Adams will be tried together or separately next year. Bobo was 20 when she disappeared from her Parsons home in April 2011.

Authorities say two men found her skull in a wooded area in Decatur County in the fall of 2014.

The men are charged with premeditated murder, as well as murder in perpetration of aggravated kidnapping and aggravated rape after Bobo’s remains were found.
