Janice Mason Art Museum Hosts Crafts Bazaar, Festival of Trees Display

Janice Mason Art Museum

Many of our region's art guilds and museums offer great alternative shopping opportunities for holiday giving. Paula Lisowsky of the Janice Mason Art Museum in Cadiz joins Kate Lochte on Sounds Good to talk about the original items there, made by this region's artists and artisans.

The museum's prepped to show off its Festival of Trees display Saturday, in conjunction with the Cadiz downtown Christmas parade. The display includes trees decorated by local organizations and merchants.

For those who procrastinate when it comes to gift shipping, the museum will launch its "Just In Time Bazaar" next weekend.

There, local artisans will sell jewelry, pottery, prints, and other handmade goods.

Lisowsky says she's also excited to introduce Rebecca Rittenhouse as the museum's new director.
