The Illinois State Police are withholding information regarding a November 26th shooting involving two juvenile males that killed one and injured another in Mounds. The ISP released a press notice of the incident six days after the shooting occurred.
Witness Zena Madison told W-S-I-L T.V. she saw two young men on the street in front of her house and three young men down the street when she heard gunshots and saw one of them fall. Madison says she recognized the two that were shot and had never known them to get into trouble.
The investigation is ongoing. ISP is not releasing the names and ages of the young men, where the shooting happened, or whether it is a criminal investigation.
