Murray, KY – The 2009 ice storm caused wide-spread damage that's still evident in some places. It deprived our area of light, heat, water, and, for most, cell phone service. In this installment of our series looking back at the ice storm, we'll find out what silenced almost every cellular phone in western Kentucky and what's being done to keep them from going silent again.
