Murray, KY – Growing pains, song and dance: the High School Musical movies have proved a hit with young people the world over. This Friday, the theatrical production of High School Musical II opens at Murray's Playhouse in the Park, a follow-up to last year's run of the first play. Jacque Day talks with director Lisa Cope and the two teenage leads about everything from long rehearsals to the realistic portrayal of teen angst.
High School Musical II opens Friday, April 24 and runs through May 10.
