Mayfield, KY – The case against the woman who shot at her husband five times in the Mayfield Lowe's store earlier this month heads to the grand jury. The Paducah Sun reports the jury will decide whether to charge 40-year-old Ann Marie Smith with attempted murder or nine wanton endangerment charges. At a preliminary hearing, Mayfield Police Officer Brandon Collins testified Lowe's security cameras captured Smith carrying the gun, but not her firing it.
