Fort Campbell, KY – Fort Campbell is officially memorializing Gabriel Field. The site serves as a parade field and memorial site for Special Forces soldiers. The post plans a dedication ceremony May 22nd. The Clarksville Leaf Chronicle reports making the site an official memorial will secure its future at the base, as its location is often selected by engineers proposing to construct new buildings there.
