Fort Campbell Gets More Swine Flu Vaccine

By Angela Hatton

Fort Campbell, KY – All Fort Campbell soldiers and their families can now get the swine flu vaccine. More doses are expected to arrive at the post in the coming weeks. Officials from Blanchfield Army Community Hospital say that the hospital had been giving the vaccine out only to high-risk populations. Preventive Medicine Chief Captain Sarah Niles says they expect to get shipments of new doses weekly. She says they should have more than enough to inoculate all patients. The hospital at the base provides health care services to approximately 96,000 active-duty and retired soldiers and their families.
