Frankfort, KY – Flags at state office buildings will be at half-staff tomorrow for a Kentucky soldier who died in Afghanistan. Twenty-three-year-old Sergeant Adam Ray of Louisville was killed in southern Afghanistan February 9. Governor Steve Beshear encourages other organizations to also lower their flags. Funeral services are also tomorrow.
