London, KY – A team of Kentucky firefighters is headed out west to help fight California wildfires. Forty firefighters, including some from western Kentucky and the Fort Campbell area, are going to Redding, California. They will assist with suppression efforts. The firefighters represent the Kentucky Division of Forestry, the National Park Service, and the Tennessee Division of Forestry.
