Ferguson Pleads Guilty to Burglary Charges
By Carrie Pond
Mayfield, KY – The man involved in a manhunt in Graves County in August has pled guilty to all charges against him. Brian Ferguson was charged with burglaries in multiple states, including Kentucky's McCracken and Graves counties. During a pre-trial conference Monday morning, Ferguson pled guilty to charges including 1st-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking, wanton endangerment, and tampering with evidence. Ferguson led police on a three day manhunt in August that ended after police found him riding in an Amish buggy in Graves County. He pled guilty to similar charges in McCracken County earlier this month. Ferguson will be sentenced at the Graves Circuit Court in February.
