Clarksville, TN – An escaped Montgomery County, Tennessee Jail inmate is back in police custody. 27-year old Robert Fusco broke out of his cell Friday. He was being held for charges of aggravated burglary, kidnapping and attempted murder. Police in Ardmore, Alabama stopped Fusco for speeding last night. He surrendered to authorities and confessed he was wanted for escape. Montgomery County Sheriff's Office spokesman Ted Denny says Fusco is being held in Limestone County Jail. He will be transferred back to Montgomery County.
