Easter Seals Announce Child Care Program

Easter Seals West Kentucky is opening a new regional program for children with special health care needs. The group kicks off “The Lily Pad at Easter Seals West Kentucky,” Friday in Paducah. It's the first Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care program in western Kentucky. The new program opens facilities to give daytime nursing care to medically fragile children.
